Excellent choice for 800 to 400 Firewire cable. Length is perfect, and the construction seems durable.

I ordered a few, having quite a few legacy 400 Firewire external hard drives, as well as some audio gear that use firewire protocols, it's handy to have these with backups.

Also, works as expected with the apple thunderbolt adapter.
