I'm giving this 5 stars because I've heard great things about customer service and so far it's really great besides the narrow cut. the screen is very smooth to the touch and crystal clear. As stated by tech armor in another review, they will send us more precise cut out screen protectors if you are really unhappy with the U shape cutout at the top and the bottom and the narrow cut which sounds really great to me. There's an email address but you might just have to check out their website for more info. I plan to email them in a few weeks, which they mentioned is when the updated protector should be available. I'll update my review on customer service later and hopefully they'll live up to my expectations
